This number has been used for a long time by a scam spammer. Here is one I received today. This phone number, allocated by ALGX, XO Communications' division for criminal voip, has been included as the contact in dozens of unsolicited emails received by members of my family, offering to provide illegal fee-for-services.

I am tired of getting SPAM emails from these people.
