Keep getting nasty voicemails threatening to serve me papers for payday loan.  Funny thing I havent had a bank account in 15 years.  I call the number back tell them to stop calling the person they are looking for doesnt have this number.  I talked to someone named Adam second time someone named Edward they****ured me calls would stop.  Calls stop for a month then s**** back up  How do we get rid of these idiots.  FYI these scams can threaten all they want  they buy past debts from bill collectors and try to collect on them they dont have any paper work or do***entation. Do not give out any personal information

I got a called from the same man with a heavy accent named edward johnson he said that i had a lawsuit a***nst me and that it was regarding 3 serious alligations, he kept waning me to verify my s.s # but I woiuldnyt this needs to be stopped..

They called me today -I didn't answer , looked up # and got this website. Thanks for the info

They have called twice today.  First time was a Peter Shields who said he was calling for Edward Johnson and would transfer me to him.  Then, Edward Johnson called back.  This is a scam, folks.  Don't take the call.

Need to file a complaint a***nst whomever this is.  A man with an East Indian accent****ured me that I was the person he was calling for and threatened me.  Trust me, my Dept. of Consumer Affairs will be hearing about this.  The woman who had this number almost a year ago is still using it, still has it on her checks and is bouncing them all over the world.  I even told the guy to call my phone company to verify who has the # now.  He said "you are fooling me, meet me at the courthouse tomorrow.  Good-bye."  I was ready to give him all the information on this woman that I have gleaned over the past year, because I'm sick of her calls, and he wouldn't even listen.

I got a call from them this morning 5-5-11. It was a David Lee with a strong accent. Yeah he left a message mentioning that if I don't return his phone call ill be in default and my case will go to legal action?!?!? Its a scam. I think. I don't own anything and he didn't leave any info about what is regarding. I'm glad I looked up the number and saw this web link.

Hi Kristina, I just received a phone call from these guys. The caller id said 646-558-0072. Both Edward Johnson who is the supervisor & Adam Smith, called me about proceedings that will be filed a***nst me tomorrow 5/6/11 @ 11am. They wanted to confirm my social and bank info. I requested an address, he gave me 3rd thurgood avenue, Auburn City, NY 13021, then when I told him I work in a law firm & asked for more info from the company they claimed they represented and he ***g up on me.

I got a call from man with an middle eastern accent named Fred Johnson who works for Cash Partners America stating that I owe $856.87  for a loan that was $300 and he said that it has late fees and he couldnt tell me who this was from and had all my information including my job information and have me a fax number of 1-646-537-2669 talking about if i didnt pay then i will be sued for $5484.87 how does that total so much. I was never contacted by anyone before it went to him and he verifyed my email address and nothing came there as well....I feel that this is a scam and he will not get paid.......
