I just got a cal from this number and it wasn't the first time I'm abou to call my phone company

Echos and static galore, seemed like it was a 3rd party phone call (someone leaving me a message by calling thru someone else's number first).  Heard part of the message, but not all.  And this was from my kids - 1.5 hours after they were supposed to call.

when I pck up on this the person tries to sell me a warranty on my car or lower my crdit card rates.

Just got this cell number 3 days ago, who is the idiot that was passing out his phone number to all the companies?? Obviously a solicitor.

I got a call from this number too when i was sleeping and they called me back a***n now. A lady asked "do you speak ****ese?"i do speak ****ese, but how do they know?

i JUST GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER ASKING ME FOR MONEY, DRUG DEALERS ARE USING IT!!!!!

also, i meant to say that he was calling from skype, so i think it is a number that skype uses, not one that has been bought by a particular individual.

I just got a call from (646) 558-2000.I didn't pick up. After reading these posts, it appears to me that this may be a virtual (VOIP) phone number with New York area code, and anyone in the world can subscribe to it for a nominal fee and use it from anywhere in the world over the internet.
