they are a big scam they even dont know how to speak... village guys... sue them wherever they located..

he was abusing on call as soon i receive a call they are running scam somewhere and just have no manners ****** man and i want you to take some hard actions on this otherwise i will contact high authorities.

I got a few calls from this number 585-200-5553.  As stated above by others, foreign accent, claiming call now, issues a***nst you and your SSN.  Call now or investigators coming & you will go to jail.  So before calling I google the phone number they said to call & the other one they called from (646-558-2014) and found this site & others talking about it,So I figured I would play the game and call them back,  A man answered (same voice as in the message) I asked for Gavin Butler & he said hold on.  Same man got back on the phone saying Butler was not available but he would help me.  He basically claimed I took out a cash advance (which I never did, looked into one but refused to pay the rip off fee's and told them NO!) and that I owed $785 on a $300 loan that I never got.  He did know the last 4 digits of my SSN and the name of the bank I dealt with (kinda a scary).  Any way he said pay the money now or he would call the Sheriffs office.  So asked him who claims I owe the money.  He says the Cash Advance company, but doesn't know who that is or how to contact them to get proof of their fake claim.He claimed I have until 5 pm to pay or he would have me arrested. I told him that is fine that I would be calling the Secret Service and FBI to file a report for iden***y theft & he ***g up.Now if you are legit company 1) you don't leave the kind of message they leave. 2) You don't **** up when someone you are trying to scam offers to call the cops for you since that was his threat if I did not pay at that moment..Basically sounds like a pure scam to me,  Oh and I checked my bank account going back 12 months - no deposit from anyone other than my boss! So a***n they are crazy.Be careful, do not offer your personal information,  make them provide it to you and then call the cops and file a claim a***nst them,

these people are idiots. Called me saying his name is James Carter, heavy Indian accent, calling from the Legal department of the FBI. I said oh really , now I work for the agency what is your agent id ..he just trailed and ***g up. The same fraudsters pose as ACS and call from this number  052497****. Now this time they got my work number, how they did that I am not sure but I'll figure out how they got it in a few. Never give out any info. I happen to have many friends in the real FBI and will be letting them know. Outrageous

I continue to get a phone call from this number but don't know who it is and they don't leave a message
