They scammed my friend out of 1000 dollars, had her buy a Best Buy gift card, told her they were the IRS. She suffers from paranoia and PTSD. These people are s*** of the earth!
Officer Ryan Smith from the IRS called from (646) 558-6671. It was clearly not a human voice. I didn't waste my time calling them back.
This a scam!! Get this call about 2 times a week. It is NOT the IRS!
I was informed that I was audited and would be arrested for tax fraud unless I paid the difference within 2 hours. Pretty sure the IRS sends a notice!
From IRS etc...
Claims to be the IRS
"Officer Ryan Smith" called to warn me about money I owe. It was very clearly not a human voice. Very clearly a acam
Called me and left a message said they are going to arrest me for tax fraud, I called back and asked for a guy named Paul Johnson... he had an Indian accent... The IRS DOESN’T call people threatening this... I cursed at him fo a minute and ***g up..... nice try****holes!
This is getting on my nerve. Go F---. yourself.
Get the same threatening robo call every afternoon for the past week stating that I have to return "his" call and that I'm wanted by the IRS as a result of their audit. PEOPLE with any sense know that the IRS NEVER, EVER calls you. If there is a problem, you are contacted by U.S. Mail. Do not respond to this obvious ploy for money. I hate that a lot of elderly individuals are falling for this!
Officer Ryan Smith going to arrest concerning audited irs
Officer Ryan smith what an America name with an Indian accent go F yourself lyin****
left message threatening
They called, I answered got no response even after hollering into my phone so I ***g up and called the number. Some dot-head answered the phone with english so bad I could barely understand him. He said "IRS, how may I help you". I answered back "I don't know, you called me". It was at that point he quickly ***g up.
Left robotic voice message saying they were Officer Ryan Smith of the IRS calling due to my "fraudulent tax return" and that I must call 646-558-6671 immediately to avoid arrest. When calling back it is a call center in the background and phone was answered by a man with a heavily foreign accent who ***g up on me when I said I felt this was a scam.
