The company identifying themselves as "Universal Survey" called even though I have previously asked to be placed on a do not call (DNC) list(s) for all current and future campaigns. For each call including the current 07/14/2012 call with the number (ANI) "1-646-564-4747 " the company includes a Calling Party Name (CPN/CPND) as part of the identifying information of the call. The telephone name display include the CPND "Universal Survey". I do not have any past or current business the company, nor with any organization that the company is contracted to make calls as an agent. During a previous calls the company representatives, both Agents and Supervisors, had put my number on their DNC list when requested. During the last I was disconnected by the agent "Dave Crosby" when I stated asking questions about the calling company and the contracting organization. Contracting Organization is "GHY Research" Garin-Hart-Yang Research Group ( http://www.hartresearch.com ) FTC and FCC complaints files for each previous unwanted call. Please note the s***bag company Universal Survey (http://www.universalsurvey.com/) used an ANI with their outbound dialer environment that did not allow for a callback to request my number be place on their Do Not Call list. At no time did the agent offer to place my number on their do not call list. As for "GHY Research" Garin-Hart-Yang Research Group, they are a political research firm backed by the Democratic party who also used s***bag tactics to further their gold. When contacting with outbound dialing organizations they will instruct the company to to have their agents to say a script that does not indicate the true purpose of the call. Instead they will use generic sounding language that masquerades as a public opinion poll and then proceeds to more directed political recruitment.
