This was a pervert wanting to send me graphic genitalia pictures. He has been watching me for several years sunbathing on our complex in harlem. Today O was out in the sun and I think that's what prompted this repeated phone calling, not speaking, then it went to a bevy of texts. Finally blocked him. He is likely a dangerous sex offender.
