this number called and said they was working with my loan company to clear my account up - they told me if I didn't make a payment the police would be knocking at my door.  i got scared and paid them 200.00 just to find out from my loan company that it was not them - when the payment came out of my account it showed up as Broadway Global.  THE GUY THAT CALLED SAID HIS NAME WAS OFFICER JUSTIN GREEN AND HE WORKED FOR THE FEDERAL JUSTICE OF FRAUD AND INVESTIGATIONS.  HE CALLED FROM 6465713386

these people are crazy, totally made my life a living***** at work yes****ay.  my was crazed and freaked out cause they wouldnt stop calling and they say that they were sending the police and blah, blah, blah. so nerve wrecking,  i dont have time for this and i think that there should be so****ing we can do legally to get them to stop and punish them for make people crazy.

these guys are calling for my son yes****ay they were officers today they are lawyers i had enough so i called the local fbi and every dave parker lawyer i could find in ny since that was the name they used and warned them they are using his name. maybe they will call these guys back and see how they like it

that same number keeps calling my work and cell....well i reported to the County, State Cops and the county attorney general...so we called it back a few minutes ago and I put him on speaker phone with the cops listening in and the guy stated that he just wanted to F*** with me...I told him that  i was having the cops to trace the number...it scared him off for now...he ***g up quickly

I'm nervously studying for my physics final exam when i got this crazy call from 646 571 3386 and he gave me a court number 00587T-14, wanting me to resolve a problem that has to do with me taking a loan from CASH NET USA. At first i wasnt listening until he told me the last four digits on my SSN. Then i became angry and annoyed. And then he said i shud listen, which obviously, he sounded like he was reading some s**t claiming if i dont resolve the problem at an instant that i could be arrested. i interrupted a few times then he got mad and told me to call my attorney. i told i will. at that time i could tell he was dissappointed. so i try to call back a few times but my number got forwarded immediately to a an eastern ( indian/ arabic lady's) voicemail. At this i was mad and furious, so i told my self to get back to my study.....but my mind couldnt get away from it, so i called them with my google Number, ringed alot of times no one picked up. and then they called back a***n asking if i was ready to resolve this issues. as this time i was already on this blog or sites reading about others commments. So thanks for all you that left a comment, it made me laughed when ifinsihed talking with those a** f***s down where ever he was.......and ooh yeah i caused hes a** out, and he told me hes guys are gonna beat me up. he said " yes here in ****stan we dont have food" and i told so u want to taker from a student w***s struggling he said " yes that he has not much" kinda sad but f***ed up. im putting any info online a***n this s**t sux.

GOT A CALL FROM THIS COMPANY TODAY. THE GUY STATED THAT HE WAS GOING TO HAVE THE COPS AT MY HOUSE WITHIN 2 HOURS AND THAT I WAS GOING TO JAIL FOR CRIMINAL CHARGES. HE STATED THAT I OWN SOME PAYDAY ADVANCE COMPANY. I TOLD THE CALLER, WHEN YOU CALL A CONSUMER YOU NEED TO STATED WHAT COMPANY YOU ARE CALLING FROM AND THAT THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT, I TOLD HIM JUST ABOUT EVERY FDCPA RULE HE HAS BROKEN, ADVISED HIM THAT THE MOST COULD BE DONE WAS A SMALL CLAIM AND IF I WAS INDEED GOING TO JAIL FOR CRIMINAL CHARGES, I COULD NOT GET A CALL WARNING ME. THE GENTLEMAN WAS SO UPSET, HE THEN PRETENDED THAT HE WAS CALLING THE POLICE, I TOLD THE GENTLEMAN TO SEND THEM AND MAKE SURE THEY HAVE THE CORRECT ADDRESS. HE GOT MAD AND ***G UP.

been receiving calls from person claiming to be aaron thompson from dept. of justice, having information on me concerning payday loan company cashnet usa. there is legal action a***nst me and demands that i make payment or get arrested. number does not register with dept. of justice in areas of new york that i've checked. sent money before, but refuse to be bullied a***n, that you who have shared your info it has helped me out a lot.

I got a call from this low lying Aaron Thompson identifying himself as a staffer of the Department of Justice demanding that I pay $1,000 for some payday loan that if I don't I will be faced with a bigger lawsuit of up to $10,000.  It was alarming because I do not do pay day loans and he was not able to give me a direct name of the company then he came up with Cash Net USA and would not allow me to speak---he sounded like an Indian guy with a strong accent.  I did not believe him!!  I had a feeling he was a SCAM because he continued to demand that I surrender a Credit Card or Debit Card number. He should be in JAIL!!  He even recommended that I get a pre-paid debit card from Walmart and refused that I send a payment via Western Union or Money Gram. I asked for some do***ents and told him I would not make any payments without do***ents should his claim be valid!  He further demanded me to send $1,000 or be faced with a bigger fine.  This low lying body of a human does not belong on US soil and only indicates that we have them operating and trying to feed of innocent victims. I sincerely hope this THIEF be caught and placed in a steel 4x4.

My family and I have being getting harassing calls from this company calling themselves of the Federal Department of Justice for over three months.    Men posing as Federal agents with the phone number 646-571-3386.  These men spoke with an East Indian/ Arabic broken English; the type you hear with call centers that are outsourced overseas to the Middle East.   These men has called me threaten me at work, home, cell phone and my relatives looking for a payment in full or legal action . They quoted my SSN and my family information but would not tell me who I owe and the creditors contact.  Today I spoke to Aaron Thompson and I demanded an address, Tax ID number and creditor information he kept being abusive and demanding of a payment in full. Then I demanded to speak to a Supervisor.   A man named Kevin Peterson got on the line same accent and broken English. He continued the same threats of lawsuit or legal action for non-payment today. Then I could hear someone calling out an address to him all the while he is breathing out threats for non-payment. I told him I needed an address and I would not do business without it. Then he made some ****** remark about being like my ***her and demanding that I pay this account today.  Then when he saw he was getting nowhere with me he got frustrated and ***g up.       The address given was:                                               221 North Hogan 8th Street Brooklyn, NY 11218I goggled this address but not find the address.   You have predatory lending well you have predatory collectors and scams I believe these thieves targeted either my online loan applications or me past due accounts.  I believe this may be more than a classic scam. American money aboard is dangerous in the wrong hands.

calls won't stop to my job and i am sick of it, very embarrassed, my calls are transferred to me. how can i get help?

Claims to be debt collector from payday loan that I did NOT have.  Threatening messages asking for attorney info. and saying "God Bless You and Good Luck".  Speak VERY broken english.  Gives Amercian/English name with STRONG middle-eastern accent.  ie: Officer Mark Reneiecen, Aaron Thompson, John Adams.  Threatening jail time, court fees.  Sometimes claims to be from "All American Financial" or "Federal Dept. of Justice."  Claims to "downlaod" a subpeona..arrest warrant...law suit..going to arrest me at work...meet me at courthouse.  HILARIOUS considering i actually work for the state level Justice Cabinet! Sometimes claims to be representing CashNetUSA or CashUSA.Net. Call cell, place of business..and anyone you may have listed as a reference on an online payday loan....from years ago! Gave him the # to may attorney....the Better Business Bureau....became irate.

I got a phone call yes****ay could not understand half of what the women was saying had to listen to message a dozen times before I figured out the number.  When I called you couldn't understand half of what they said.  I got parts of it telling me that I owed someone from American Cash $7??.00 and that I would be in BIG TROUBLE if I didn't take care of this.  I told them to until I seen proof of what they were talking about I wouldn't do anything.  I also told who ever I was talking to I wanted to talk to someone that could actually s***k english and had a phone that worked....

this person said he was from Federal Dept of Justice and that my husband owed money to a online lender "American" so****ing... when asked a***n who'd he had a loan with he said, Cash Net USA... I a***n asked the gentleman what was the name of the company and he said Cash Net USA... I told him at first he said "American so****ing".. and he kept on saying Cash Net USA, then said "American Cash Net USA"... i asked him for the account number or phone number for Cash Net USA and he would not give me any information. After telling the gentleman i was gonna report him, he ***g up. I then called the number back and gave them a number to reach my husband.. (which was the local police station)... i bet that scared them!
