This number keeps calling me at work stating that I took out a payday loan when I never did... They call at least once a day. I have tried to report it and have spoke to my attorney and everyone says to ignore them, but they wont leave me alone at wor****

i just got a call from the same number and he was saying weird things to me like "i like your voice" and "have you ever had ***"? they called me 15 times in a row.

Hi,I jsut got the same call he said he was fomr legal affidavit company and would not tell me anything else alos inian with a name of Dustin Wright. not his real name.

This number called me stating I took loan out online under my name and social, he would not give me any information other than it was supposedly done in August of 2010. He began to tell me that he was suing me for $3000 for fraud since I did not pay it back and that he needed my attorney's information so he will know who is representing me in court. He told me his name is Adam Smith, however he had a strong Indian accent and the call was out of New York. He would not state the name of the company he was from just the company that I susposedly took the loan from which was a payday loan company that I have never applied for. This man needs to be stopped
