I am very concerned and am getting this same type of call from someone claiming to be "investigating" me. He says he is with the ACLS under the FDIC and that I am being reported on 3 charges. He says he will send officers to my work and that I will loose my job. This is really scary but I also think he is lying. Any info or help on how to stop this?

a Robin Smith called me from this number and said there was a case a***nst me. He called me three times at work and was extremely unprofessional.

I keep getting calls from them on my cell phone as well as at work.  They have even gone as far as to contact my neighbor and leave irrate messages on her voicemail.  The guy leaves messages from a Danny Wilson and 9 times out of 10  This needs to stop.  They have threatened me by saying that I am going to lose my job and they are going to call my job and I will not work for them anymore.  Mind you this is after they tried to say I was going to jail for ignoring him  All of the companies I owe have sent me letters in the mail to contact them by a certain time frame.  I tell you one thing...I meet with a lawyer today and I will be asking about this.They really don't scare me.  I owe other people too and I am aware of the laws they are supposed to follow.  Send me a certified letter if I am in that much trouble or have official court papers served.

Correction they curse at you and use foul language.

I keep getting s call from these people from 646-578-8876 and they say I owe on a payday loan. I never had one so how is that. On top of things an attorney doesn't  use foul language with you in a conversation or curse at you either. Then when you call bsck the number, they ask may they help you. Not anything that has to do with a Legal Office. Can you say scammer?

I have also been receiving these phone calls at work, even after informing them that they were to no longer call my place of business.  They mention that they are with the Financial Crime Bureau.  When I Googled that, nothing came up.

they told my son the same thing, well, actually on MY home answering ma****e. they said they were an "Officer" and said he had 3 criminal charges, if he didn't call back today, he would be arrested. my son made payment arrangements but now I am afraid that they will scam him somehow out of more than what he owes.

BEWARE of this number! have received several calls and the person leaves a message stating that they are an "Officer" not sure what kind of Officer but am sure that it is not an Officer of the Law. Foreign speaking. they are a debt collector, usually of "pay day loans". they threatened (on the ma****e) to put my son behind bars, that he committed 3 criminal acts. and that their team would come and get him if he  didn't call within 24 hours. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and also plan on suing them for breaking the law. debt collectors are not allowed to impersonate Officers, nor are they allowed to tell you you will be arrested.

How does these idiots get my information? I know for a fact I have not taken out any loans and they have the nerves to get loud with me when I ask them how they retrieved my work number and the ***** s****s yelling. I think the more I laughed at them the angrier they got, but I am really ****ed is there a number we can call to get these people for harrassment? I think if you are goiing to be sued you get served papers not a phone call threat.

i had these people call me today and tell me that I had a criminal warrant out on me for 3 charges. They were rude, i couldn't understand them so I continued to ask for someone I could understand giving them the benefit of the doubt. then Amen Watson came on the phone and yelled at me asked me what my problem was, called me a criminal etc. i told him that i don't answer to anyone who yells at me or speaks to me as such and I ***g up on him. he kept asking me if i had an attorney and i said i'm not answering that question until i know what this is about. he said what is so hard about answering that question. He told me who i worked for, what it was for and that they were taking me to court. I said i can't understand where you are calling from and i need your name and phone number to call back. he continued to be rude and obnoxious. If i was in any trouble, I would know about it so reallY? come on. I will follow up on this with someone though.

Has anyone figured out how to get them to stop calling? they contiue even after I have tried everything. I am now filing a police report.

These people have been calling me as well.  I have had multiple people actually with multiple numbers calling me with the same scam.  Today I told him to mail me the paperwork.  He calims it will reach me by tomorrow.  When I mentioned that I wished him good luck as they always like to do themselves and that I was aware of this scam and I have reported all of the to the fraud departments of the companies they are supposedly collecting for, he became very defensive and s****ed yelling.  I ***g up.  I am sure next week there will be a new number calling me and a new fool trying to get away with so****ing.

I have been getting these *******'s calling me at work.  They have stolen everything from me.  They have my social, my address, and did have my cell number until I c****ed it.  These People are crazy!  I have filed a police report.  The numbers they give I call and give them to the investigator and he called them and told them that I didn't owe them S**T.  They have cursed the Girls I work with and even my boss.  They won't stop!  It is driving me crazy!  I don't owe for nothing but my car and my house!

i have been getting harassed at work with these people. I have told them several times not to call me at work. They would call me several times on my cell phone too. This company has threatend me to put me in jail. STILL WAITING!!! a warrent out for me PLEASE!! These people are like that commercial "This is peggy" well wrong-o. They yelled at me and called my supervisor "sweetheart" she was nice and she told him not to call her sweetheart. The guy said you are not worth to be called sweetheart. I am really tired of them harassing me. He also yelled and screamed at me told me actually demanded "I WANT MY MONEY" don't ever talk to me like that.  so watch out for "Peggy" i meann Keith or whatever there names they try to go by

SO Yes****ay "Don Miller" called so that he could collect on a payday loan in the amount of  $300 which accrued 328% interest per month it went unpaid. So allegedly I owe $1,246.00 then i said "even?" and he said "oh, no, it is $1,246.85" Then he proceed to scream at me and call me a criminal, SOME NERVE!!! Then I was supposed to call back within 15 minutes or ELSE A LAWSUIT would be filed. FILE AWAY ****S!!! Then He Proceeded to threaten and harrass me until I ***g up. Naturally be so scared of them, I called back 29 hours later. So Today I called and talked to "Amen Watson" and "Dominique Miller" both with heavy Indian, Middle Eastern accents. I am not ******. No Hindu person names their kid "Amen". I laughed when he told me he believed in Jesus Christ,but anyways that is neither here nor there. So Amen proceeded to call me "Sweetie" and "***" and apologize for "Don Miller's" behavior the previous day. Then when I said that I knew his company was a SCAM he s****ed screaming at me and even yelled at my boyfriend who used a fake name and  I listened in other line as he continued to call me a w***e, said my boyfriend came out from his mom having *** with a donkey, called him a c*******er, said he was an a**hole. I just received a call from this same person, saying he was a legal attorney for ACS andis working here in the states for them. He said for either me or my attorney to call himback right away, or else. He said if i ignored the message or didn't return the call, thatthere would be nothing he could do for me. The number that showed up on my cell phone,was different from the one previously posted. It was 856-17******0. This is an internationalnumber or so****ing. I tried calling that number back, and i got a message saying that thenumber dialed could not be completed as dialed, and if i felt i got this message in error,to try and dial it a***n. When i listened to my voice mail, he gave me the 646 number.Caller:

I have been getting a call from this idiot for a couple of weeks now. I just **** up. When I had first answered the call a man named Mr Danny Willson, if that is his real name told me thay I am in real big trouble with the law and I had a warrant out for my arrest. When I asked him for what. He stated for a payday loan made December of 2009. I not so nicely told him I had never had a payday loan and that I would like it if he never called me a***n. I am so fed up with this nut case.

I have no idea who this is.
