I just had the same thing. A female with a heavy indian accent saying if I don't return the call, or have my attorney call all she could do was wish me luck regarding the situation upon me. Same phone numbers.. I also have no money owed.

I also got a call from this number - 646-580-3094 on an online payday loan I received (which I never did).  His name is Chris Lee.

I just got a phine call from this #  646-580-3094. They said that I was being sued by Cash Partners Of America. He said his name was David Jones. He said that I was being investigated. I was being sued for 5895.00. He also said I was going to be fired from my job. He knew my full name. my whole soc sec #. It's fraud.

I just received a phone call from these people and they are also threatening to come to my home and arrest me tomorrow. I had similar calls a year ago and just ignored them. They did know my last 4 of my SSN, which makes me nervous and my cell number, as well as my full name. When she asked me if I was going to take care of this situation, I calmly said, "No." I just told them I was going to notify the Attorney General in the State of Tennessee, and she said, "go ahead."

i got a call at work from this phone number.this person claimes to be david jones and sais he is from law office concerning lawsuit.he harr***** me at work all the time.

This number called today claiming that i had taken a loan out with them and that they wasgoing to have me arrested for non-payment. I have never taken out a loan nline so I****ume this is a scam.

Received calls on cell and at work. Do not know who these scammers are but will report them to authorities. Sound Indian and threatening.

got a call from this phone # 052585342 said his name was Paul Smith and I should have my attorney call him. Had heavy indian accent and said if i did nothing a situation would unfold on me, I dont owe anyone money so i dont know what this is, except a scam. left msg on my cell  said i should call 646-580-3094
