Yes, I am very very sure it is EmblemHealth. They were returning my call. The calls have nothing to do with quality of company.  The call is legitamte.  Its merely a switchboard matter.  Those getting the unexplained calls may be EmblemHealth clients, if not, they (people being bothered by calls)may have obtained new telephone numbers from a pool of tel numbers used in the past by the telephone company, and previoulsy connected to former EmblemHealth clients.

It shows up on caller id as: HIPUSA.  The called I received was from a customer service rep at EmblemHealth, of which HIP is one of the insurance companies they own.I believe their customer service reps work from home.  It's a very low budget, low quality, no frills, generic health insurance company.  Then a***n, that's what health insurance is becoming with little care for the people they cover and share holders and management being the only people that matter.

The number called me for three rings. and I called right back and it said "this number is not a working number.

Picked up said*****o - they said wrong number and ***g up - tried calling back and it is a non-working number.

I am getting calls from this number but the caller does not leave a message. Does anyone knows anything about this phone # because I got a busy signal when I attempted to call back.
