"Authorization Code #8056-RFS (go to cash112.com now). Cash Advance as soon as 1 hour. Go To cash112.com. Reply STOP to Stop messages." I do not have my cell phone number on line. Does anybody know how spammers are getting our numbers, or are "bots" doing automatic text transmissions?

I was texted by this number. The message told me to call 888-210-9197 to receive one $25 gift card from Walmart and one $25 gift card from Visa. I called it and before any greeting at all or self identification, I was asked for my full name and address. I gave it but was skeptical. I was told by the person that didn't speak English very well that I will receive the cards in the mail as a result of a survey I took online. He could not identify what survey I took or his company. He said he didn't know what survey because he works for a shipping company whose contracted to simply send the cards out. He offered to give me an 800 number to call for customer service, but never did give me the number before digressing to asking for $1 shipping cost for the shipment of the gift cards to me. That w
