Robocall from business loan scammers. Apparently the scammers behind "Rachel from Cardholder Services" have ***nched out into new scams attempting to ****er businesses. Blocked. Pressing any number in response to prompts only confirms to the scammers that they have a valid phone number that gets answered, and targets you for more robo-calls and more scams. BUT, IF you have the time to waste, press a number to get a human on the line and keep them occupied as long as possible. Wasting their time means they make fewer calls, and the scam slowly becomes less profitable. Otherwise, if you don't recognize the number, DO NOT ANSWER IT. If the call is truly important, they'll leave a message, call back a***n, or attempt to contact you by some other means. If it's law enforcement with a ***** notification, they'll visit in person.
