They are a scam they unfortunately got us and they use USGRANTS.com as an front, and we stopped our research after we found the site. USGRANTS.com is a A+ rated company on the BBB, and they should have the same info as USGRANTS.com and you should not have a time limit for anything if you get grants they will be thereas long as 5mins to 5mths.  If this sound familiar they just scams try to have them fax their information or email it.  A big dead give away they say new york bank but most new york businesses use a 800 number or come from area codes 212 or 718 and never send anything to India on western unoin.  If they say it's for Africa, India is in Africa and if they have a heavy accent just ask for their creditials.  They will either stall or transfer you, or **** up, and try to call back if there is an immediate busy signal and no receptionist dont bother.  New york banks give money to education and almost never to individuals.
