Now I know! After checking my phone log I found out that the caller is from Primus. They're offering a long distance calling plan. I did speak to the telemarketer for a few minutes.

Called twice. First call left a message which is simply a 9 second long beep (like a ring in your ear). Second call immediately after, lasting 4 seconds.

Called twice identified as bank of america. Caller ID says, "Ontario"

Didn't know the number so left it go to the answering ma****e -- Heard them say "Hi" then my first name but left no message!!

I was in Toronto on business and had my VISA card# stolen on March 27th. Charges showed up on my next statement. Coincidentally, my phone s****ed ringing off the hook from 647-476-6059 a week later! It is obvious that the thief sold my information to this company. I have reported this to the Toronto police and they are investigating!

Just called and asked for my mother by name...said she was unavailiable and he said it was nothing urgent and ***g up.

Calls, perhaps daily, leaves no identifying information.

647-476-6059These absolute parasites phone you, don’t leave a message, and then when you phone them back to find out who they are (and ask them to remove your number from their database) you get a recorded message – an automated voice, not an official phone company message – saying the line is no longer in service …(I'd like to thank the person who tracked them down, so I can s**** faxing them on a regular basis ... ooops - did I program my fax to dial their voice line ... how clumsy of me ...)

I've been getting these calls twice a day for a few days too.  I amseriously the wrong guy to attempt to defraud for a number of reasons.I called (514) 868-2002 and found out a number of things I feelinclined to share.A) (514) 868-2002 is not the telephone number for ISP Telecom, it is atelephone and snail mail answering service called Regus BusinessCenter, they answer for IPS Telecommunications in Calgary andMontreal.  They are contracted by ISP Telecom to do this for them.The office manager's name at this front company is Lorraine Denis.She will attempt to give you the runaround if you are not calling froma law firm, law enforcement agency, or as somebody who has beencontracted to work with law enforcement.B) ISP Telecommunications has a website at:http://www.isptelecom.net/index.htmIt is a very basic site for a telecommunications company.  The sitewas "relaunched" March 24, 2008.  I have no reason to believe that anysubstantive website existed for ISP Telecommunications before 2008.C) ISP Telecommunications as a company was established in January 2008and has only existed outside of Alberta since March 1, 2008.  In otherwords, ISP Telecommunications has only been able to represent anOntario caller since just before these phone calls seem to haves****ed for people.Through ISP Telecommunications' answering company I was able to getthe name of their contact at ISP Communications.  This person is:Andrew Matoga (spelling?)(416) 548 4834Area code (416) is in Toronto, as is this other number I was able toacquire that is also for an actual person working at ISPTelecommunications:(416) 548 4699It is interesting to note that these office numbers are in acompletely different province from area code (514) which is inMontreal.D) At http://www.isptelecom.net/contact.htm you can view contactaddresses and phone numbers for ISP Telecommunications.  All of thesephone are Regus numbers except the 416 phone numbers which arevoicemail only.E) I spoke as well toArnold Pena and Ken Eslinger who supposedly work for Regus at (403)444-5541, which they claim is the Calgary office of Regus BusinessCenter.  Everyone at Regus has been as evasive as possible.D) Regus claims it does worldwide outsourcing of telecommunications,which is an odd coincidence considering people getting calls from thenumber in question and the person on the other end using English as asecond language.E) The USA headquarters of Regus is in Dallas, this is also where theCEO Mark Dixon resides.  Ken claimed he lived in the UK before thatand that the Regus worldwide headquarters are in London.The phone number of the legal department at Regus Business Center is:Regus Dallas, Texas, legal department(972) 361 8100 extension 8Edited to add these numbers:Grace Rivera(214) 295-8285Legal office at Regus TexasJohn Shelley(972) 340-2043Customer ServiceIf making calls, I'd s**** at the bottom of my post and work backwards from there.  Preferably have your attorney or a law enforcement agency call on your behalf, but otherwise call on your own and let everyone involved that this stinks and needs to be dealt with right away.Cheers,Mr. Wrong

FROM ISP TELECOM.  Their number is        1 416 548 2002

I answered the phone, nothing, then after a while back to the service tone.  Looked up caller ID a couple of minutes later, called back, message said it's disconnected now.

We have recieved calls multiple time a day for the past several weeks.  When we do not answer, no message is left.  When we do answer no one speaks on the other end.  We have reported them several times to the Do not call registry.  https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx  I suggest that you do the same.  The more complaints the better.  I file a complaint for as many calls as I catch.

When I picked up my phone I got disconnected and I called back immediatley and the number is disconnected.

It's like some crazed, masked Ca***ian ****ing on my front door. When I hide behind my door and don't answere he disapears, leaving absoultly no trace. This happens at all times of the day and nite. We the paranoid have our rights, and that is to not have masked mad Ca***ians invading our peace, ****** are expensive and refills hard to come by.Please excuse me but I have to get under the bed---my phone is ringing.

CALLS ALL THE TIME-WANT LEAVE A MESSAGE.  WHEN I CALL THE NUMBER-THE MESSAGE SAYS IT IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE.

I have been receiving calls from 647-476-6059 on my cell phone daily.  I contacted the CRTC, who contacted Telus Mobility on my behalf, and TELUS identified the number's service provider as "ISP Telecom".  TELUS has requested removal of my cell phone number from the call list for 647-476-6059 so I suggest the rest of you contact ISP Telecom and request removal as well.  Their website with contact information is http://www.isptelecom.net.

Calls all times of the day and never leaves a message.  When I called back to have my number removed, the call doesn't connect.

Anybody that doesn't allow me to call them back, they don't need to be calling my number. They can't possibly know how angry that makes me.

Keeps calling everyday.  Keeps asking for me by full name.  How are these people getting name attached to home phone number.  Our number is unpublished.Someone somewhere is selling this private information to these marketers.  This should be illegal.

They call every night at supper time.  I would like to know how to bring litigation a***nst them.  This is a form of harrassment!

Guy calls asks for my girlfriend by her first name.  I say she is not in and could I take a message and the guy s****s to say he is Barak Obama Jr and s****s laughing and ****s up.  I called the number back and its temp disconnected with in a minute.  I'm going to find out who this person is and c****e their life forever.

no msg left, and the recording on the line when calling back says it's disconnected now.
