Automated message saying "Because you are a valid [company name, didn't understand it] customer you will receive 3000 travel dollars, to accept press one"

Same thing here just 2 minutes ago. I will alert the RCMP scam division

This number is****igned to YAK Communications based out of Ca***a.  Their usage policy clearly states that they will terminate a number if,  "use the Services contrary to law, public policy, decency standards (including but not limited to regulatory*****ouncements on issues such as Automatic Dialing-Announcing Devices and unsolicited live voice and fax calls), or any usage policies ins***uted from time to time by Yak; charge or allow others to charge any other person for the use of the Service without Yak's prior written agreement; alter or otherwise interfere with Yak's facilities, equipment, network or connections or use the Services in a prohibited, unlawful, or improper manner, including but not limited to, permitting fraudulent use."This phone number is obviously being used for fraudulent purposes.  Write YAK at www.yak.ca and report the number to them.

I just got a call from this number its a scam i'm in toroto fido customer

Got a call from this number saying that I won $3000 because I enter on some contest which I dont.  ***g up and research about this number and BINGO... its a SCAM.

Called me didn't leave message.... seems like spam!

Received a call on my Telus corporate cell phone from 647-925-9988.  Recorded message said since I was a "valued Costco customer" they had a gift for me and instructed me to "press 1".  Didn't.

When I answered they said I was a "valued Costco customer" but there is not a Costco within 400km of here. Go figure. 647-925-9988. Called back, unassigned.

I have just received and got same message as "value customer and get $3000, press 1...". to my cell phone. I **** up right away.If anyone can catch any company with that scam and put them on court, It should be great.

647-925-9988 just called my cell phone, no message--just dead air for several seconds--I'm in Vancouver and a Rogers customer. Thanks to all others who reported this scam.

Just got a call from this number saying "I was a vlaued Bell customer and was eligible for $3000 in free travel dollars, to accept press 1.". Not even a Bell customer. I ***g up as this is probably one of the scams where you will end up with a huge long distance bill.

Phoned, but left no message. I am in Vancouver and I am with Rogers...so much for "valued Bell customer". Obviously a scam.
