I've been getting these calls also. The number c****es periodically. Mostly 650 area code. Have you signed up for a mobile dating service? If so, delete it. I got this from another number I looked up. 650-787-0715, 650-787-8490...

It's Chip a***n.Just got a new one for the first time, guessing it's going to be the new number that I get a missed call from every day.  Same area code but instead of San Fran, CA my caller ID says its from San Mateo, CA.  I recently sent out many resumes to various job offers on craigslist.  I'm thinking that one or more of them (all restaurant jobs) may have just been scam listings to get unlisted contact information.

Same thing.  About 10 calls a week.  Rings just once and disconnects, just long enough to leave a missed call.  Must be a cell because I texted them to desist and got back the response "stop" as though a 'bot responded.

Me too. Same exact thing. Who is this? I was wondering if someone is trying to do an illegal wire tap, or so****ing like that. Is there a way for someone to tap into my line by calling it?

I'm getting the same problem as Chip and Adena.  Missed call but my phone didn't ring.

Repeated calls once a say for a month and a half. No idea who this is

I have gotten one missed call from this number every day for the last month.  There is never a call.  Only the missed call.  No ring or anything, I just look at my cell and see the missed call (and no, the phone isn't on silent).  When I call the number it rings all the way through until I get the network message "The wireless customer you are trying to reach is unavailable.  Message 1ca15mn."    I have absolutely no idea what or who is behind the number.  I was wondering if it is possible to hack someone's phone by getting them to call a number.  I know it sounds paranoid but I'm just trying to understand why I have been getting all of these missed calls.
