650-277-2405 Called me today 8:05 am EST & the area code is Calif (SF area) phone #. They didn't leave a message so I dialed *67 plus their number in order to "hide" my number. I reached a recorded msg saying this is some sort of # where I could place a phone # on a DNCall list. It asked if 650-277-2405 called me & then asked me to leave my number. !! I blocked my phone # & now I'm going to give it to you!! This is the 3rd day in a row I've rec'd calls from out of state #s I don't recognize- all are morning calls. The 1st two were NY area codes 212-758-6004 & 718-257-1199. These #s do NOT work - 24 hrs later - when I try calling back w/my number blocked. They DO work on the same day of the call. Though different #s, I believe they're the same people. It's just too odd to get strange morning calls 3 days in a row. I've wondered if I compromised my # by using Craigslist lately- actually 4 days ago. I responded to an ad about a dog using my smart phone.

This number called and told me I had been randomly selected by the government to receive a grant... yeah right like the government is going to randomly select people to give money to. complete scam I left them get as far as to ask about bank information and then told them I'm not interested and to put me on their do not call list.

I received a phone call from this number (650 277 2405), saying me that, he is calling from Pulice office, and asked me to call back this number (253-336-5051) and talk with John Shumaker (FBI) as soon as possible, other wise they will take action a***nst me. SCAM !!
