Calling me saying I was going to be served for a complaint being filed a***nst me

They just keep calling me saying that there has been a compliant filed a***nst me that I am going to be served with legal papers this week and asking for my address

I was going to be served for legal action.Call now to resolve

I also had the exact same thing left on a Google voice mail. Jus some punks trying to get over someone.

voicemail saying me going to be served within 30 days.

claiming a complaint had been filed and they were going to serve and once served I would lose all right to mediation.

Female threatening legal process will proceed & I'll lose my rights to negotiate with whomever. I don't owe anybody anything. This is a scam call!

Caller advised that I would be served legal do***ents for a complaint/claim placed a***nst me. They knew my first and last name

Meshes said that I have a legal matter pending and will be served legal papers within the next week. To avoid more action, and mediate to avoid involving the law, to call this number as soon as possible. The knew my full name as well. Scary but I think it's a scam.

Activating legal claims a***nst us. I have called them and asked to be removed from their list. I did this on Sept 30,2021 It takes 12-48 hours to be removed. They have called me 12 times just today Oct 4, 2021. I called them a***n to be removed from their list. It takes 12-48 hours. What The???????

Claimed I would be served in 30 days, at home or work. Used another number to call back and this guy recited my name, phone number and the last 4 of my social. He said I took out a cash advance and I called him a liar. I then ***g up. I was so irritated that they obviously get this info from credit reports and companies who sell our info. DISTURBING!!!!

Claimed she will be contacting my place of business with court do***ents and I would need to call 6502812651 to get this all released. Clearly a SCAM!

Original number called from was.. 302-696-0044..Claim to be calling on behalf of my county she had some papers for me to sign and needed two forms of ID and that if I wanted to cancel this I needed to call 650-281-2651
