calls at night!

Talks in Spanish. When I called back to ask what the call was about, the gentleman at the other end told me they called the wrong number. He was polite but still a spammer I believe.

Spanish caller telling you that they will send someone to your house to check your power lines. I don't own a house, so I don't have anything to get checked. Probably want you to give them money.

caller ID says "scam likely" so I think that says it all. they call at all hours of the day and never leave a message

They won't stop calling and are super rude when they answer?

In Spanish. The recording of the lady - we have been trying to reach you to schedule a technician to come out and check your electrical lines to make sure they are not old wiring. This is the last time we will contact you to schedule a technician to your address before sending a person to you address.

In Spanish, probably because I have a Spanish surname. Very annoying! I have call block, but, that doesn't seem to work.
