they called me acting like a law firm saying I was being sued. they had all my info & wanted me to send them $250 "to s**** off with" so they wouldn't take me to court

I think they either bought or stole your iden***y through the internet..every place I have checked, they have your cell number, place of employment, social security number, etc...never give a dime..if they want money, have them send you a letter so that you can check them out!

they called me today and had me scared and Im glad I chech into it and seen it was a scam they had too much of my information.

It's a scam to get money from you..not legitimate!

It's a debt collector.
