Received call today 1-16-17 from this number person said they were from at construction new address and asked do you own your home. I said no and ***g up su****ious vehicle across street earlier today at am license number6cwr286 light grey 4 door

Very strange call. When I answered a deep-voiced man asked "Is this Mr. -----" (where ----- is my correct last name). I didn't recognize either the number or the distinctive deep voice. Just before I answered I heard a very clearly my own voice saying "Hello". Too long of a delay and too clear to be a line echo (about 2 seconds delay, and just my voice, not the caller's as well) so I thought it could be a playback of my voice being recorded. I finally answered "Yes it is. I hear some kind of echo. Is this a promotional call?" There was no answer back, but after the same delay my own voice a***n came back to me. I said*****o a***n with no response, so I just ***g up. Very strange.
