He is a scammer on Mercari. Asked me to video and text him.

Scammer trying to purchase items off of Mercari. I Became su****ious and asked for a video call to prove he was who he said he was and he refused and said he only text. I spoke to him in what I thought was his language and asked him what country he was from and mentioned two scamming countries and he laughed at me. Once I pinned him down he disappeared. I turned him into the website. He went by Joel1
