I emailed a response to a Craigslist ad for a cottage/house rental in spokane. The text response + area code made me su****ious so I looked up the number and clearly this is a scammer..Beware!

100% scammer, tried to rent me a house in tacoma Washington for a bellow market rate, wanted me to fill out lots of online applications, stole a photo and created a fake Gmail account. Albert Smith.

Said they are landlords and try to rent me a condo with lower than market price. Ask for credit check with a scam website.
