Received the exact same text message on April 8, 2010, but only once. I knew it was a scam (don't have a card!). Replied back with "STOP" as suggested above.

Rec'd this msg on 04/08/10 @ 4:45pm and a***n @ 4:53pm. Message said: [email protected]: Plus 4: 44952x Card Frozen. Please call at 650 646 2651. Didn't identify what card had been frozen...I didn't call. Glad to see someone did notifiy T Mobile and they confirmed it was a scam. Thanks.

I never heard of texting 'STOP' but I'll give it a try.

Just got a text from this number say my account was frozen.  Gave a false account # so I knew right away it was a scam. And since I have T-Mobile I followed the instructions I once received for a T-mobile representive in regards to usolicited texts.In order to block them I just texted back 'STOP' in all caps.  Hopefully this will prevent any fraud on my family's account.
