Rcv'd txt "[email protected] / / Plus 4 Account Frozen. Please Call at 6506462651"
Rcvd text with the following. [email protected]//Plus 4 Account Frozen, Please call 650-646-2651, scam!!!!
I never heard of texting 'STOP' but I'll give it a try.
Just got a text from this number say my account was frozen. Gave a false account # so I knew right away it was a scam. And since I have T-Mobile I followed the instructions I once received for a T-mobile representive in regards to usolicited texts. In order to block them I just texted back 'STOP' in all caps. Hopefully this will prevent any fraud on my family's account.
