Leave a CommentI just noticed that right under the area to leave a comment, under the line that reads: " Thank you for your contribution! Oh, and please watch your language and post only truthful information." This number is listed, but for Country it says Singapore??? Huh? What's up with that? It's California, in the good ole' USA...where the heck do you get Singapore? Just wonderin'
texascajun (15 Sept 2010) is right. This number is from Hewlett Packard's offices. I'd made an email complaint on Monday night about a printer issue I was having and today someone from their Executive Offices called me back and left me a very pleasant message. I don't usually answer calls to my cell if I don't recognize the number, so it went to my voice mail. Talk about amazing. Anyway, unless you have contacted HP for some reason recently, I can't imagine why anyone from this number would be calling.**Side Note**The guy who called me was very pleasant and helpful and after more than a year of dealing with their 'customer support' by email I was more than a little angry. I have a leaking laser ink cartridge that will cost me more than $100 to replace and I've been fighting with them for months to get them to replace it. If anyone has tried to deal with a call center for HP or any other computer company, you know you're dealing with NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING people using a checklist to 'assist' you. It's a farce. One of the emails told me that a BAD DRIVER could cause my ink cartridge to leak. Are you freakin' kidding me? They said I should update my drivers and warned me that if for some reason the update was interrupted and didn't complete properly, my $350 laser printer would suffer a catastrophic failure and I'd be left with a 75-pound paper weight!!! ****. Anyway, after writing to their CEO and threatening to s**** a one-woman campaign to disgrace them :) I received a call from their Executive Offices today and hopefully they'll be ready to replace their defective part....after more than 18 months.
