This number was used by a woman named "Sarah" who owned "Siberian Time" breeding company. Over the span of multiple months, she sent me photos and videos of the Siberian cat I reserved for a $500 fee. When setting up a time to pick up the cat, I spoke to her on the phone and she seemed very knowledgeable about cat breeding. However, the next day, she did not show up to the agreed place (I waited for 2 hours) and no longer returns my calls or texts.
