He doesn’t identify the company he works for or what I was over-billed for. 3. He identifies the funds as USD, which leads me to believe that he is not in the USA. 4. If in fact I was over-billed for close to $700, I would expect a check sent out immediately, and an apologetic phone call from my representative at whatever organization I was working with.
