Got a call from someone named Phillip Rostine who works for the legal claims services of processing division. SCAM. He told me to call someone named Matthew Lloyd at 657-859-4584 because I was going to be served court papers. I did and the man was extremely pushy and unprofessional. Told me I was going to be served papers for a credit card I never owned! He tried to verify my address with me, which I would not give him, also my SS #. He told me he did not have my address, and then when I refused to give it to him he read it to me! Calls were on my cell phone...he states I had this card in 2006...funny thing is, I did not have this # in 2006. I told him that I was reading about his scam online as we spoke, and he laughed and told me I would be served the following week. I am still waiting. I called my county court to see if there have been any papers filed a***nst me, and guess what? Funny thing is NO!!!!!!!!!SCAM! BEWARE!

Gentleman called looking for my Mr. G (who is my neighbor) told me he had given me this number (he only has my cell number) and needs to be home to accept some do***ents. He is a court servicer and he is required to accept. After a pushy conversation, he asked if I would take a message, s****ed with a long message - I said I would take a message, not an essay. Give me a name and a phone number - gave my Matthew Lloyd and 657-859-4584 = the servicer on the West Coast.Pushing and rude -not a great combination.
