I got the same exact message from a different number from area code 657. It's just spam -- delete it, block the number, and don't be scared!

BEWARE!! Scam— the person texted me and said they were updating their address book and asked if we knew each other. Do not text or call bqck.

The message said this "Hello, I just updated my address book and found that you are in my address book. Have we met before?" This scares me.
