Fiancé received a call from this number from a female claiming to have been his daughter. The person got his first name right, but got his last name wrong— and the name of the woman that he****entially could have had a daughter with that many years ago with wrong. He texted the number for more information while I used the number to run a background check. As I found literally zero information****ociated with the number, the person texting said they had the wrong man and put an end to the conversation after apologizing for getting his hopes up. It was the weirdest situation for him and to me it sounds like a scam and someone fishing for information who gave up when they saw he wasn’t giving anymore up.
