Im not sure who this # belongs to now, but it called me 5 times in a row at 1238 in the morning without leaving any sort of voicemail.

pending delinquent matter . want payment in a reasonable timeframe and threatened negative impact to credit report, additional fees, wage garnishment, etc.

call my wifes work they ask to speak to my wife and the guy who called said he was calling from us cash, and he ask the time from the state we live, the call was recive at 3:pm and he call a***n and he said the office is close at 5:00 pm the office was already close. the id caller said the call was from Missouri. please don't give any info to this scam guy. me and my wife will go to our attorney and to the police.

These people called, advising that they were with the Richardson Law Firm. They stated that they were representing American Cash, and the call was regarding a payday loan I had taken out. They called my work number and asked if I knew what the call was regarding. I advised that I did not. I was then informed by "Mack" that his paralegal "Michelle" would read the affidavit, which stated that I apparently had taken out a loan (from a company I had never heard of) and wrote bad checks. They threatened to have someone show up at my work and stated I was having criminal charges filed a***nst me. When I asked for an amount, they could not provide it for a while. They also stated communications had been sent to my e-mail (they had not) and that I failed to respond. I stated I wanted so****ing in writing. They became quiet and ended the call when I advised that I felt the call was fraudulent . I also realized later that they had left a threatening voicemail on my personal phone seconds before calling me at work. This is a scam. Beware and do not let them convince you otherwise.

These people call and said I had a law suit a***nst for a payday loan so I told them I will give it to my lawyer which I really have so they was quick to **** up so don't fall for this trip and even if they say they will send someone to ur job
