Please delete my previous comment. It applied to another phone number (as indicated in the comment). Somehow, it was mistakenly applied to this number, perhaps through a prefilled form?).

They can't legitimately know about my credit. My number is on the DO NOT CALL list. Their phone company needs to revoke their phone number ((858) 245-5541) and service.
