hey dis is pranay  i her inform u that  this company rr trying to fool th american saying that they taken inernet payday loan n trying to people & btake away ther money .  dis guy activate a system  in computer n dail the number manully & trying to connect the call over internet . i know this very well as it is located i n india stae - maharashtra  dist - mumbai city - daishar  they have cendter in state gujarat  &ahmedabad they run many centers & n pass on datas  to each n every center n people  from  keep on  calling  by different soduname  as they  indian as n american  jin morgan, nancy prker etc.they acat as attorney& try to scare people some lady do cry yes because  they get scared  by the call . a***n this is pranay appur i m her to informer that dis guys scamer  &  m her help u out  i would like u to pass on this message to  police officer or police departmebnt n care of this my name pranayappur from india  n my no is 919987363066Reply !

Same as the others. Called saying Iwas being sued. He said he represented the l;aw firm of "Dept of CRime Prevention"In Lasoangelese. Gave a case number but was "unauthorized" to tell me who was suing me or for how much" Said he was calling the Indiana State cherriff to put out an arrest warrant.I told him that this scam wwas tied before and i did not fall for it them either. He ***g up on me.

These people have been calling me for weeks after I applied for a payday loan. They identify themselves as being from the Federal Crime Division department and that the matter is time-sensitive and that my attorney of record should call them imediatley. They are trying to tell me that I need to pay them $1285 by debit card only or my case will have serious consequences. They refuse to give me the name of the company except to say it is a payday loan. They have the correct Bank name so I know it was from one of those loans that I applied for. They are clearly not a collection agency.

this company keep calling me saying i owe then money for a loan.  They told me to **** a big *ick and they are really harassing me to and Im getting really sick of this crazy people they keep calling my job and thats not cool.

I just got a call from who appears to be the same person, a man with a very thick accent, saying for me or my attorney to immediately return the call, or good luck. Have no idea what he wants or who he or what he wants.

They are doing the same thing to me.  They are a**holes.  I told them that I have contacted the FBImy self so I advise them to stop calling me!!!!!

So I got a call with the same stuff, but I have been having fun with it.  I have called them back at least 100 times in the last week, using different names, stating they owe me money and they need to pay me before I have them arrested.  It has been fun.

I just got off phone and these people Jim Morgan and Jennifer Williams were talking about court acton and criminal charges and im ****ed

I keep getting calls on my cell and work number from 661-270-6635.  A person with a thick Indian accent calls and leaves me a message saying I am being sued and I need to get an attorney.  The caller said his name was Brian Wilson (Beach Boys).  When I questioned him repeatedly he became upset and asked me to stop interrupting him.  I asked him who was the company he represented.  He said Pay Day Cash. I contacted the police at 661 area code which is Palmdale, CA and told them what happened. They have since called that number and left them a message to call the police dept.  No one returned their call. However, they received a call from a NY person saying the same thing and found out that a payday loan company had their loan information stolen from them.  The police said if you have a payday loan, paid or unpaid, do not send these people any money.

I just received a series of calls from this telephone number this morning.  They claim to be the Officer in Charge of this and that I need to cooperate with them.  They are claiming to be from UPS.  Didnt catch the idiots names as that I am hard of hearing and their accents are so thick u pour it over pancakes.  I have also received emails from such peoples claiming the same thing.  I contacted UPS and am contacting the FBI to file a claim. Hopefully we can get this *****s off the phones.

My co worker has been harassed by the same people at this same # for about 6 months...The guy calls here ALL THE time...I even pick up the phone an tell this guy off. Its really crazy....I just wish we could somehow report this guy...but who the***** do you call for so****ing like this....

I received a call on my job from 910000 several times. The caller is a female stating that me and my attorney should not ignore this call and that I should call back at 661-270-6635. I told them I know they are scammers and if the continue to call by the time I'm done sueing them even their indian accent will belong to me.

***...they are absolutely going to drive me crazy. I have been at my job for 4 months and they have even called here. This is super embarassing. My boss said thet they have no legal right to do so and said he would help me report them. But we just havent had a chance to. They called me a***n today here at wk and a***n they will not tell me what its about, but that they will be pressing charges a***nst me and that they will see me in court in my local town (*****) and that I better have an attorney. And yes before he ***g up...he said "if you dont return our call..I hope God can bless you" Are you freakin' serious...is this guy high or so****ing?????My caller was "Kevin" and I could barely understand a freakin' word. I speak English and Spanish and that didnt even help me...*****These people need to get a freakin life.

Completely a scam, called me today to claiming to represent the Dept of Crime Prevention and going to have my husband arrested if he does not pay them. Do like I have been doing, I block my number and call them back every hour or so. Plan to do it all hours of the day or night. Give them a taste of their own medicine. What ia a con artist going to do, have you arrested? Stand up to them!

"John Sparrow" heavy Indian accent, was extremely threatening.  The message he left said that he hoped nothing bad would happen to me but God help me if I don't return that call!  Who do I report this to?

Ben Smith will not stop calling me, even though I've told him to stop. Last year at this time, Smith threatened to put me in jail if I did not comply with his scam. I hope that he gets caught.

same thing with me they just keep calling and calling and saying im in trouble and that for me to call back and that a officer will be waiting for my call.  i've told them before to stop calling and they stop for awhile and then they s**** calling a***n.  it's just a scam they s**** asking you for all your info and when you ask then what it's all about they wont tell you anything.

I've gotten an OBSCENE amount of calls from 661-270-6635 from both Jenny Wilson and Ben Smith [thick Indian accents] stating that I'm in trouble if I don't call back with a lawyer. I've called them and told them to stop calling me.

I just had the same guy phone me and leave a message stating about my attorney calling and so fort from experience just recently most of the indian accented men are scammers.   i have gone to the point of getting my security department where i work on this and even went to the point of getting the fbi a call regarding this problem.  they were calling my work over 200 times a day.

some man , babbling, with a foreign accent....sounded like he was from India possibly. I did not understand what he was saying. I caught the word "address" and then so****ing about "have your attorney call". Must be a scammer of some kind.
