caller guy/recording did not ID itself Warning about my electric rates going up 14% next month. I chose do not call list, but maybe that just confirned the number is real. :-(

Received a call on my cell phone. They left no message, but I wanted to know who it was, so I called the number back. There was an automated message stating that if I did not want them calling me with promotions anymore to press #1, and I would be removed from their call list, so I did.
