I received a call from this number back to back several times. First it s****ed from 0000 then when they left a message it was from this number.

they can't arrest you for anything like that.

I fell for this scam twice. I have had so many debt collectors since my divorce three years ago that I just figured it was so****ing my ex-husband had done a***n. I was afraid I was going to be arrested. I ended up sending $1423.00 to these people. The second time they****ured me it was the last of the money that was owed and there were no other outstanding loans out there. This happend two months in a row. Then the very next month (January 2011) I get another call. This time I call a lawyer and then the police before I call the number back. When I finally called the number back, this thick Indian accented man wouldn't speak with me and just threatened he would see me in court, I said fine.I was actually able to recover the $1423 from Sanderson Legal group who is the processing company. So if you have lost your money and received a reciept from them, you can get your money back.So this number (0000) called a***n. I played along this time. I told them that they cannot threaten me with jail that it is ilegal. He became angry and s****ed yelling at me telling me that the cops were going to be here at my house at 6 pm to arrest me, that they were waiting on his call. I asked him what address he had for me, he said I shouldn't worry about that because the police know. Then he said "you sound like an educated woman, let me transfer you to my supervisor to see what we can do". This Michael Sinclair (first guy who ever scammed me), gets on and wants good faith money. I said I don't have any. He said to call him back Monday so we can work so****ing out. As soon as I got off the phone I called the detective working on my case and he laughed and reassured me that even if the debt was legitimate (which it is not), I could not EVER be arrested for it.So I have a script of what to say tomorrow from a lawyer and I am going to record the conversation. I'm actually looking forward to messing with these s*** bags.I just wonder if it will ever end...I guess I may have to c****e my number and I'm not even sure if that will work. Do they ever stop calling?

I received a call from this number, and his name was MICHAEL SINCLAIR. The supervisor name is JASON. He treatened me that I will be picked up from work or at my place if I didn't pay the balanced owed. So I was scared, he has all my information, but then I searched for this number and read all the comments, and realized that it wasn't only me who is getting the call from them. I set up a payment plan, I gave them my account, they had me faxed my license and a letter stating that I WILL NOT DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION. Then my signature. Luckily, I gave them the account that is actually closed because I know there is so****ing wrong. I did not take any loans from PayDay loan. I called him today 3/8/2011 and told him that I spoke to a lawyer. And told him that this is a scam. Then he said, if you knew this is a scam then why are you paying for it? Then he said, call tomorrow and let's talk when your at ease. Then he ***g up. I called back then he said he is not gonna waste his time on this then he ***g up a***n. So, people, this is a SCAM. Don't believed these INDIAN ACCENT people who calls from this number.
