Does anyone know who this is?

I have been getting the same calls.  What  should I do about it?

hey they are doing the same to me, driving me crazy calling from 0000, 661-341-6521 and 650-414-5790 and telling me they are going to take me to jail, they need to speak with my attorney, etc.  Infact i called and bugged them this morning and then just a few minutes ago, they called me.  They are really getting on my nerves.

The same guy called my phone today telling me the same thing about a lawyer and that i someone will be contacting me from the courts and i told him that he was full of himself in so many words.

A man called me today 3 times today and my caller ID said 0000 and when he left a message he told me it was time sensitive and to have my attorney call him or myself...then said he wishes me luck with the situation that falls on me if not...and oh i wish better luck to your little kids...wth....then another message is like someone scream and said WHAT WHAT...SHUT UP then it ***g up...called back with other message similar to the first one.They sound like they are talking thru a computer that is disguising their voice...very weird....and I wanna know who this is!

Anyone know who this is?The message I received was a woman that has a thick accent saying I better return this call today.
