****!  These loosers are calling from OVER SEAS!!!  ****!  I have already reported them to about 5 different local and national crime agencies as well as Calif Dept of Privacy!  I told them to PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEEEEEASE send a police officer or sherriff to me AT LEAST MAYBE THE COP OR JUDGE WOULD SPEAK ENGLISH AND TELL ME WHAT THE HE** WAS GOING ON!!! ****!

I received a message from the clerk at my school, saying to return the call to the number listed above, at the Federal credit bureau. His name was left as R. Piesel.

I have rec'd a minimum of 25 calls today from this phone # 916-395-0000 and 0000 - "Jimmy Jones" leaves a message that the very second you receive this message you or your attorney of record need to call immediately. This is a time sensitive matter. If you do not return this message good luck as the situation unfolds upon you. Very heavy accent. They call and I let it go to voice mail. Then they call right back ... 4-5 times in a row. Leaving the same message every time. They have my work # and have called it as well. He just says to call 661-368-5263 to reach his division. Never says a division of what ... SCAM! I have been thru this before and I kept asking questions and they kept ****ing up on me. I kept calling them back. I was cursed at - threatened that the police were on their way to pick me up etc. They were extremely rude and didn't like being questioned.

I have my undergrad in marketing, so know how to spot sources. They repeated yor information to make you think they are real. I received multiple phone messages on my business phone from both a female and a male with identical scripts in very broken english with thick, almost unintelligble accents.I wasn't born yes****ay--and because these people are scam artists AND irritating me when I have real work to get done--I took a few moments out of my day to ***** with them.First, I called them back and asked them if they needed directions to the memorial service or the funeral showing.  The male on the other end said "I do not understand what you saying" (very broken english, thick accent).  I then asked, "Sir, what exactly was your relationship with the deceased?  Because the memorial is open to everyone, but the viewing of the body is for family only."  He s****ed in with "you must relay a legal message to ****X ******" (my name X'd out for privacy purposes).  I told him that would be very difficult, considering ****X ****** passed away six days ago, and my job was just to direct people on how to get to the memorial service.  He stuttered a bit, then said "sorry to bother you" and ***g up.Oh no, I wasn't done there.  I am just WAAAY too creative not to get even with these idiots even more.  I then went online and filled out every "have an agent contact me" scam I could find.  I entered their name (John Jackson) and their phone number (by the way, the number they left on my voicemail was 661-532-8529, even though that wasn't the number they called from) for free insurance quotes, free daily horoscopes by phone, free debt relief help, free home improvement memberships, etc.  Hopefully that will cause THEIR phone to ring off the hook with telemarketing  s*** and scammers.But wait, there's more.  I couldn't just hope they would get lots of calls, I had to make sure of it.  So I signed into Craig's List for one of the biggest cities (most populated) that I know of.  I listed an ad stating that I was in search of a payday type of loan, and for anyone in that business to call me and help me through the process.  A***n, I listed his name & number.Then I went into my "spam" folder in my email and found any email that said so****ing to the effect of "you inherited large sums of money from Nigeria" (as an example) and responded to those emails with his name and phone number as well.Yes, it all is a little bit evil of me, but because these guys aren't in the U.S., I really don't think that our law enforcement is going to be able to do anything about it other than stick it in a file.  If I come up with any more creative ideas to get even, I will definitely come back and post a***n so that you all might have some of the same fun!  I haven't heard a ***p from them in a week now, so I guess it was mission accomplished.Good luck everybody and absolutely do not give these guys any of your personal information, much less your hard earned money.

Just answer the phone, and tell them whomever they ask for just died... They call me and have been for over a year off and on. I am going to use that one. Total scam. Report to authorities, and keep details. We need to shut this Indian operation down. They will call you forever with different area codes, they must have some way of doing so from another country?Don't even listen. I feel bad for the people that DO listen and pay them. This IS a scam... my husband took out some instant loan, and paid it back immediately and the company must have gone under and sold his information. We have received many calls over a year plus, always from an Indian man with some phoney name like Nick Johnson, or even as *****y as George C******... (nice try).... The had harassed us in the past, and I thought we were off the radar, but to no avail. We just got a new call today after a 5 month absence... I am really thinking of c****ing our home phone at this point if it continues. We have reported to the Surgeon General, as well as the police department and BBB in the past as the calls were very harassing even stating **** in prison.. yeah, these wacko's have some guts.Don't even listen to the call. **** up 500 times if need be, or c****e your number. If for some reason there was a loan taken (like us) C****E your bank account just to be safe.Good luck!

they called me and teh first thing they did was ask me for my attoneys information. so I gave them "my attoneys inforamtion" they never called that number! they did however call me back when I told them that I am well aware of there scam and if they call me a***n  I will report this number to the police they ***g up in my face. I then had the neumber blocked from my phone. they called me yes****ay from a new number 2680005 so i was not able to trace it but when I asked htem for a call back number they gave me 661-532-8529 and I asked for there physical adress they gave me 1306 Chulla Vista Aveca 92603. I am pretty sure that is fake. I dont know how else to get them to stop calling me, someone suggested filling a harresment charge but I dont have a real person to charge! oh yeah the name i was given was Richard Long but I am sure his real name is probably somoe Indian name like Shamir!

Received call Friday, March 11 at 3:14 p.m. VM left, asking me or my retained attorney to call. Said his name was Jack Rodriguez, at 661-368-5263 . Heavy accent. Said "if you do not call, all I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you". Had my name and work phone number. When I called back, message said "this person is unavailable, and their voice mail box cannot accept any more messages".

What a jokster! Probably works for JWC! I got one of their calls, last name matched a family member who had a "payday" loan. Same type of call, heavy Indian accent, threats of jail if not paid immediately. I had heard of their antics before, and laughed at the caller. Ask them to send you a copy of what is due and you will look into it. They won't mail you anything.

I have been receiving these calls for over a year at my place of employment and now have s****ed receiving them on my cell phone. All calls come from men with a heavy middle eastern accent. Then David Jones from the United States Legal Department, Alex Connor, Brian Jones, Steve ***g, and Michael Smith from Business Interent Lawyers, Attorney David Markley from Sonic Cash Advance and most recently Henry Markley. The calls state this is you last and final warning this is time sensative do not disregard we have an urgent legal matter which has been filed a***nst you and we have contacted your local police and sherriff department and if you do not return my call you will go to jail and it will cost you 15,000 dollars or more to defend yourself. It sounds like you are being recorded and you can also hear other calls being made in the background. The also have all of your personal information. In one of the lasted calls, they actually left a message to my employer. Please help!!

call came to my cell phone showing 0000 after answering this guy by the name of David Williams tell me the same a lawsuit will be filed in15 minutes work will be notified and police will be at my door to pick me up, After 9 calls Tuesday and 4 Wednesday and not sending them any money another guy calls from 0000 claming to be the FBI his name was Samual. I have files a ploice report and also filed with the Federal Trade Commission this is a total scam and they knew evey ID piece I had and numbers where I work and bank accounts. This is very scarely watch your backs!

call came into my cellphone and work phone at the same time as 0000 so i picked up thinking it was some sort of emergency. i spoke with a david stone as well and when i kept asking him who the creditor is, how much i owed and when i told out the loan, he told me that he is going to tell me with his thick indian accent and that i was not to interrupt him. he tells me that a lawsuit will be filed today at 11am and that my employer will receive the paperwork and within 6 hours of the lawsuit being file, the local police will come to my house and verify my iden***y and i will spend 3 days in jail. i will have to prove to the court that i did not intentionally not pay my bill blah...blah...­blah......it was crazy...

Blocked phone number on my cell phone of 0000 lawsuit a***nst me and I better not ignore the issue..All they can tell me is good luck. A police officer will be contacting me with questions. When I asked questions about the lawsuit they get very defensive. When I ask for a supervisor I get someone else with an even thicker accent. I just received a call from them that said I or my attorney needs to call them ASAP and if I don"t he said he feels sorry for me!!!! He could barely speak English and the number came up on my cell as 0000.  He then left this number to contact him.

caller has a very thick accent and calls to say I better have an attorney and not to ignore the call re: my social security number. If this is a legimate business why are they calling unknown and when you question them about certain things like verbal or written consent they get real defensive and nasty. I dont know any law firm or place of business that speaks to a customer nasty no matter what the debt or problem.
