I received a phone message from a James Carter who sounded nothing like a James or a Carter.  My husband didn't answer the phone since like 'su****ious' the number was unfamiliar.  The caller said I had to call him back as soon as I received the call because it involved a package I was soon to receive.  Since I hadn't ordered anything nor did I expect anything I never returned the call.  The caller knew my name which almost convinced me to call, but I was skeptical so I never called him back.

This person (it sounded like he said Grin Allen) called at 10:33pm! I didn't answer the phone since the number was not familiar to me. He left a voice mail message saying that my husband won 2 million dollars in a random drawing. His accent sounded maybe African, although I'm not certain. I figured it was a scam, so I didn't call back. Does anyone know if this is indeed a scam?
