I received a call from this number at home and at work! It's the same thing, a woman with a very strong middle-eastern accent claiming to be an attorney and threatening to have me arrested if I don't call her back...and at the end of the message, I was also told "Good Luck" and "God Bless." How do these people get your phone number and personal information. This is very scary!

phone call at work asking for me, receptionist took a message from a tom smith saying that he was from california law firm. receptionist said he sounded indian.

Same thing threatening to have me arrested, bla bla bla... We need to locate these people and have them put in f******ing jail.

I received a phone call on Friday December 10, 2010. A foreign man named "Fernando" said that he was with First State Attorney Services and that I owed an outstanding balance on an unpaid loan. He said that criminal charges would be filed if I did not take care of the matter. He also said that a court order would be presented to me on Monday Dec 13. I checked all my bank statements just to make sure. There were no deposits made to my accounts. I then checked out the phone number with the operator and there were no business listings for that number. This led me to check the number out on the internet and I found this page.

Received call from Tom Smith and he stated that he would be sending local police to serve me papers and to pay fine.

I got the fn call too ... Did he have all your info like social security friends names address etc etc etc let me know I'm curious that mf needs to done over like he is doing to us also you stated you called the cops did they do anything?

This people been calling my sister & said the same thing, then when I called & threatening them to file a complaint with my local police & my state attorney office the man said go right ahead that's what I want you to do & ***g up on me. These people can't  speak good English but making threats **** too funny

I received this call today telling me that they were from the state attorney's office and that criminal charges were being made a***nst my name. I asked where they were from and they kept asking if who I was my name. Stated he was Tom Smith, very foreign couldn't quite get the american words correct for legal action. He left me two messages and told me to call back or have my attorney call. Told me I owed $8787.87. Interesting figure. I have also made a posting on another website for phone scams. I put my number on the do not call registry. I will also file a complaint with better business and my local police.

Called asking for my name. Foreign sounding person who states his name is Tom Smith. He then states I am being charged with a criminal state a***nst my name, I am suspect in a criminal charge, and that I owe $8787.87. States if I don't resolve he will turn the case over to an attorney, although he says he is from the state district attorney's office. He then ends by saying Take Care, God Bless you.
