Scam!! These guys called my 86 year old neighbor, whose A/C happened to be broken. They tried to tell her they are coming to fix her "problem." The phone number they called from is a 3-hour drive. It seems like they're trying to sell her a whole new system, while her only problem is a broken compressor which can be fixed for under $1,000.
