I go along with it and when they ask if I want to take care of payment or go to court. I tell them I choose court. Yet they cant give me a .court location, date, etc. Total bu***hit. Then the threaten to call my references and boss and get them involved with "case". I tell to go for it. They called last month saying they were collecting for US CAshnet. Last week, it was for Cash-at- once. Today they would collecting for US Cash Advance. Ive never had payday loans with any of these companies. I love **** them off. I asked for my "US Cash Advance" account number and they couldnt give me one. . But its a scam.  Total scam. Officer "Austin White" has a thick carribean account. I just feel sorry for people who actually believe them and feel that this court stuff is real. Its not. Thats what I get for applying for online loan. They got my info. I already c****ed my bank account number because it bothers me that they knew it

I have gotten calls from this company for over a year now. Each time they tell me to pay them $5000.00 for a $300.00 pay day loan. I have never taken out a payday loan. Not to mention I don't even have a checking account for them to deposit a payday loan into. And to top it all off, the man who called me threatened to f**k all of the women in my family for not paying them. So tell Mr." Jacob Miller" does that sound like a company that follows FCC or FTC rules or guidelines? And why dosen't your company ever disclose the company name, or address? Could it be because you are a scam and will be arrested as soon as we find you?

I'm in the same boat. Exactly as everyone here has posted. They harrass me at work even after being told NOT to call back at work. By law, they are not allowed to contact you at work if tell them not to. Guess they don't understand English. They have violated numerous laws byt using threats, telling anyone who answers the phone a pack of lies, refuses to give me the so-called company they represent or their address. They will not give me their address so my lawyer can contact them. I have filed complaints with the information I have with the Attorney General and the FTC. If they were so legit, they could/would provide proof of so called debt in writing, would have someone who spoke ENGLISH, would have a legitimate number come up in caller ID instead of the bogus number which links back to a cell phone, would glady give the information of the company they are representing so information could be verified instead of transferring you to another NON-ENGLISH speaking person who sitting right beside them! I am so sick of these people.

These people are true scammers and trying to use scare tactics on people. They have continued to harass me at work and when I ask for them to send me so****ing in writing, they **** up on me! I would LOVE to see these people have their day in court.. it is horrible what they are doing..  hope everyone out there refuses to give them any info and to be sure to repot it so we can have these people get what they deserve in court and stop this nonsense!

Oh and Jacob Miller -  why don't you put on here the full name of your comapnay and it's address so we can contact you or better yet the BBB to see what they have to say... if YOU have the guts!

***! In a weird sort of way, I am so happy to have found this site!!! I have been being harassed by these same people. They also told me that I was being sued for non repayment... of so****ing I NEVER received! I explained this and he kept telling me that I needed a lawyer. I informed him that I was going to file a counter-suit.. for taking money out of my account without authorization ( of which they did, instead of ever depositing any)and for harassment at work. He asked me to give him my attorney's info. I told HIM to send me so****ing in writing and on letterhead, so my attorney could contact him.. he ***g up on me! This about the 5th time these people have called me. I WILL be reporting it to the fraud department!! I too have been given different names each time. These people are really so****ing. If they can't even put it in writing.. as if I didn't know already... it is all a scam!Oh and for the comments above from that "Jacob Miller".. you are trying to scam people and using scare tactics for people that have no reason to fear you... you should be afraid because it appears there are a lot of people here that are wise to you and it IS going to be reported!

The caller said is name was Officer John Turner and that i needed a lawyer. Then when i asked for badge number and what state he was a officer.The guy with the bad accent told me to F  myself and called me a magot .THen ***g up????

Oh yeah forgot 6 months ago the person that called me told me to write so****ing down and I told them I got a pencil and he said ok write this down Go F*ck yourself...andd he ***g up on me..then this time my hubby says oh and it's posted all over the internet about this fraud and the guy said don't ever call us a***n and he ***g up on him!!  *** do people really have that much time on their hands!!!

These people called me like 6 months ago with the same sceme and I had my husband call them back and told them that when they tried it 6 months ago we didn't fall for it and now they're doing it a***n and they're calling my cell phone too...the caller id is 05-279-7833 and the call back is for officer Max Jacob at 661-674-4579...I seriously think they need to keep better records!!

I receive a call from this number every 6 months stating that I owe for a loan that wasn't paid. I inform the caller that I have the bank statements to prove that no loan was ever deposited into my account. The person I spoke to yes****ay 12/3/09 stated to send him my statements. I asked him for which month whas the loan made and I would send him my statement for that month blacking out all important info, he stated all of them and not to black out anything. I then stated to him that I wouldn't send all of them since you should be able to tell me the month the loan was deposited into my account if he had the paper work to prove that a loan was made and I would be blacking out all important info so he ***g up. The company is a fraud and gets very nasty when you s**** asking questions. Please don't give them any personal information.

I have had numerous calls from this place they always call and tell me Im being sued for check fraud and the last time I told them id sue them for harassment they didnt call me anymore bc I never had a loan EVER! This place is fraud and Id encourage you all not to give them any info. He couldnt tell me where he was located and then said he was calling on behalf of my state attorney general. But if i had so****ing due to my state my state would call me themselves.I know this bc i used to work for the state! I cant beleive the schemes people have these days protect yourself and you name report them to the authorites!!!

Both my Son & I have received these calls multiple times.  Number comes across as 052-797-833 (yes missing a digit) then leaves a phone number to call back of 661-674-4579.  Receiver identifies self as a Officer Mark and they are coming to pick you up because of a debt you owe to some payday load company unless I am willing to make arrangement to satisfy the loan.  Never heard of the company and never taken out a loan.

member called and said to call  the 661-674-4579 and said i was being sued for check fraud.. he keeps calling my old place of business and then said that i have a debt that needs to be paid.  I called the number and it was just some rude guy with a bad accent talking about hes a legal place but wont give me any info.

A guy has called me and my brother from this number and said that I need to get a lawyer and also told my brother that he was being taken to court because of me. Each time he calls he uses a different name. He has used Peter Smith, Dave Smith, Todd Smith and Ray Smith.The nimber that shows up is 052-797-833 but then he says to call him back at 661-674-4579
