This person calls stating he is an attorney from Fresno area that is calling to collect a debt for a client. Asks for my fax number and says he is sending over a sherriff deputy to collect a debt. He faxes me a do***ent from a company I have never heard of and has no other supporting do***entation for his claim that he can fax me. He demands my checking account number and insists that if I don't settle the issue right now his client will be taking me to court and I will be paying his $10K retainer and court fees. Who is this idiot who thinks I would just give him my checking account number over the phone?
