I got the same call. I had this person call my work 15 times in a row demanding money. Then they called my house and cell phone. Number came up 0000. I was told about a payday loan that I supposed to have taken out. If I don't pay them the police would be at my door

they jut called me and told me I was going to jail for fraud for 300$'s and I calleed my bank and they said no money was ever put in my bank?

I just recieved 2 calls from this #. 1 call was made to my place of employment when I was not there. They were very rude and told the employer it was an urgent message....she had everyone worrying. I then looked up the #. My attempts to reach this # was unsucessful they either ***g up on me or put me on hold. They would not tell me where they were calling from. I never applied for a payday loan and never recieved a thing from them. I am very upset about these calls. Can't so****ing be done about this? I can't beleive they called the nursing home where I work.....I can't understand what they are saying and they were very rude. Can we stop this???

Just got the same call!  I asked what company he was from (Indian accent man) and he said Oh, we do lots of things here!   He was very threatening to me as well.  I am going to c****e my bank account tomorrow.  Had me worried for a while, but glad I found ya'lls  posts! Thanks!

I have a payday loans but I'm faithfully paying them back however I continue to get these calls.   It's a man with an Indian accent being very threatening.  I work for a hospital and we actually got an email from our safety director there stating that this is a new scam out there.  It's ridiculous that this companies are allowed to harass people like this.  I guess they think if they threaten legal action that they will give them money and go away without any questions.

A man with an indian accent called me yes****ay and left a voicemail saying to return his call because I was being taken to court and left a call back number of 661-927-7398. I called back upset because I know that that kind of message cannot be left on a voicemail. The man refused to identify what company he was with until I told him my name then when I did he s****ed shouting saying that I was being sued for commiting check fraud and I asked what he was talking about he said I took out a payday loan which I know for a fact I didnt take out. He refused to provide any further information and was still shouting saying the officers were going to come and pick me up and named my place of employment and my home address. I ***g up. Clearly a scam but I am still worried because they have my personal information

Yes i got the same call and it freaked me out but my thing is how did they get my information that is crazy but I know it is a fake!!!

I got the same message.... ITS A FAKE!!!! Dont give them any info and c****e your cehceking account. DO NOT fax them anything stating you will pay them any money... They are using scare tactics... ITS ALL BS!!!

I got a call on last Firday from this company claiming that officer's would be at my home to pick me up in an hour, and they will transport me to federal prison for check fraud and Iden***y fraud!!!!! He claims that I took out payday loans (I applied for , but never received) with the intention of never paying them back.  I just got a call a***n today from the same company.  So I went to my bank and got a print out of my account, both of them, from the day that I first opened them.  No payday loans were ever deposited into my account, EVER!!!! But I did ask him to verify my name, DOB, and ss#.  HE DID!!!!!! Idk what to do.  When he called the first time it was unknown.  The second call came from 0000. But they left a voicemail this time with the number.  I am s****ing to get worried.
