I am trying locate my long lost friend

It's a scammer. Person calling from the number said they were from my credit card company wanting to lower my rate - and told me my credit card number. Then they asked me for my checking account information related to my credit card. When I told them that I didn't think that they should need that to access my credit card info they insisted. I said no and told them I would contact my credit company back if I decided to get a lower rate and ***g up. Immediately following I received 4 calls from an anonymous caller - back to back, but I did not answer. I quickly called my credit card company. They confirmed that they were not the ones who contacted me and immediately cancelled

I didn't answer. They left no message. Looks like it could be spam

Called my cell phone, did not know the AC so I rejected the call and checked on this site, 100% spammer. Added number to my phone's Reject List. End of story.

LOL "Looks like they're hitting everyone up today" sums it up. Call received and left no voice mail. Googled the number and apparently they cover some credit card service with low interest. Don't bother picking up.

Stop the parasites. File your complaint with the FCC at this website http://www.fcc.gov/complaints

Got a call on my *****chusetts cell just now too. No VM left. I used to live in CA so I almost answered - even though I don't know anyone in Lancaster. Glad I googled the # first!!! :)

Just received a phone call on my cell which is on the do not call list, no message left, looks like they're hitting everyone today.

Called and left go to VM as I know no one from Lancaster, CA. NO VM left and given the timing of all teh other activity with this number definitely looks like a robo spam caller.

Same experience as previous commenters. Got a message about lowering the interest rate on my credit card. Obviously spam, since they never identified themselves. My number is on DNC list too. So frustrating.

This call came to my cell phone - I sent it to voice mail because the number was unavailable and they didn't leave a message. Googled the number and found myself here. Yes, my mobile number is registered with the FCC. SO frustrating.

They called (I live in CT) and because I don't know anyone who lives in Lancaster CA I didn't answer. They left no message.

Received a call on my cell (in Illinois). Didn't answer and person didn't leave a message. Don't know anyone from Lancaster, CA. Just know that this was a landline and the carrier is Verizon.

Received a call on my cell phone (in SC) from this number but I didn't answer it in time before they ***g up. They didn't leave a message so I can't confirm it was a spam call but I don't know anyone that would call me from CA.

Spam. Called and pressed one for operator. Someone then was evasive when I asked if they were with USAA. I asked for them to remove me from the calling list and they ***g up within 1 second without saying good bye. They also called my mobile number.
