Keeps calling asking for call back about personal info-no one answers when I call back. When I enter the "account#"-a recording tells me that it is not a valid number. someone, please, shut these folks down!!!!

They called my girlfriends house and gave her all the information.  i call them back and told them that they violated the FDCPA.  When i spoke with the woman she verified all my infomation and didn't give me the Mini Miranda.  I spoke with a manager and told her she violated the law by not giving me the Mini Miranda the woman told me that the letter stated the mini miranda and i told her that i just moved and didn't receive a letter.  I will report them

If you have'nt been harassed then stay out of it!!. We don't & never have owed them money. They are very unprofessional and violate people's privacy rights by disclosing personal information to strangers. Legal?? NO!!! Anyone going to do anything about it..  I AM!!!!!!!!

Someone left your phone number as a contact number or else you wouldn't be getting calls... and some ppl are just ticked off b/c they owe a bill to TCM and are trying to find someone to be mad at even though they owe the money for services provided to them!!  Shut up with the whining and crying already and man up!!!

Th company is TCM 513 East Waldron StreetCorinth, MS 38834-4862(662) 286-2680. They had the wrong number but provided private information,a direct HIPPA and Patient Privacy Act. They will do anything even if it violates your legal rights to collect a debt>

It is TCM inc. out of Corinth MS. They call here all the time and its just a recording........until tonight. I believe the only reason they called tonight is because I reported them to the BBB @ www.bbb.org because they are calling after being notified they have the wrong number.

TCM is calling for someone who does not live here. We've identified to them multiple times that the person they're calling for is not here. We need them to stop.

They called my aunt's house and said I left their number as a contact number. I've never even heard of Magnolia Hospital. I'm 17 years old! What do they want from me? These people are rediculous.

This number keeps coming up on my cell phone. I have no idea how they got this number but I am with Verizon and I will be contacting them about the security of my cell number

Yes its TCM. They keep calling me several times a week also. Since both my deceased mother and I had radiology tests they've been calling for both of us. In my case it was a case of the radiology company not filling in 2005. Once I talked with them and tried getting them to file, but all they want is the money from me even though my insurance would cover it if filed. The radiaology company said its out of their hands. I just ask to take a message and never ell them anything. Mostly they use automated messages but sometimes they have a person call. I refuse to deal with companies that have a computer controlled phone call you for harasment purposes when their office is not even open.

This number has been calling my house for months now.  I have answered it a ***dred times and pressed 4 to tell them they are calling the wrong number.  Every time they promise to correct their records and then the very next day they call a***n.  We get messages left on our answering ma****e at least once or twice a week from this number.  It makes me crazy!!

This number called my daughter's tracfone less than 30 minutes after I first activated it.
