Called me and knew my name. Said they are from IRS and file law suit a***nst me. You can tell it's a spam as accent is so strong and outside of this countru

Claim they are from the IRS and they will be filing a lawsuit a***nst you. Will ask for personal details (name, address etc.). If you ask them to mail, they say mail could not be delivered, and this is your last opportunity to address this or you will be served a lawsuit.

Claim that it is the IRS and that they will be suing you. Ask you to call them on a different number.

Telling me its the IRS, while its clearly not.
