Yup he’s a scammer he tried the same thing with me

Emailed and then texted me from this number saying his name was John Wilson. Saying he is out of the state trying to rent out his home but doesn’t want to work with a management company because of fees. Everything was really sketchy so I applied with fake made up information and was “approved” mainly wanted to get phone number so that I can have as much info as possible so he doesn’t actually scam someone.
