these ppl are calling my sisters house.....and its beginning to make her mad at me that they are calling her....this needs to stop....

They keep on calling me saying i owe them money for a company, whem i actually over paid the company and they sent me a refund check back. They dont know what they are doing. Get your things STRAIGHT!!!!!!!

I got the "this is Kay, I am not a telemarketer, please call this number" bit. I will not be calling her back. She better figure out how to mail me a bill if she thinks I owe her anything.

THEY KEEP CALLING SAYING HOSPITAL BILLS HAVE NOT BEEN PAID. THEY GAVE ME THE HOSPITAL NAME AND WHEN I WAS THERE. THEY REFUSE TO LISTEN WHEN WE TRY TO TALK WITH THEM AND ARRGUED WITH US WHEN WE SAID WE WOULD TALK DIRECTLY WITH THE HOSPITAL.

the caller calls to tell me it is an urgent matter.If i don't call by tomorrow by nine 0'clock they will leave me no choice. They don't tell you who they want or what is's for. We need to stop all these people from calling.

this idiot keeps callin me and everytime i answer they **** up. they call at hours of the night. my cell is prepaid and they are wasting my money by calling me.

They call themselves FCSI. They are calling my 77 year old mother endlessly up to 6 times a day over a bill from a year ago that was NEVER filed by the doctor's office and now they expect her to pay this. I have written them and asked them to correspond with me, with a signed release from my mother, and they STILL call her multiple times each day! These people are idiots. For all we know the bill is bogus. The doctor in question got in trouble and moved out of Tupelo, MS. His office doesn't even exist anymore, and now they expect us to pay so****ing we have no proof ever was a real visit, and then the bill is over a year old, and Medicare has no record of it being filed, nor does the supplemental insurance! This has to be bogus!

Leaves 'urgent' messages about an issue that must be resolved 'this week' or 'action will be taken.' This has continued weekly on Sa****ay or Sunday night for months now. I do not owe anyone anyting. SCAM. I refuse to call them back.

A ma****e called my cell and left a very broken up message about a urgent matter. When will these telephone companies give the user the ability to block numbers such as these. pssst: the phone companies are the ones making the calls!

Get a call 4 or 5 times a week from 662-690-2284, shows Mississippi on caller ID computer asks to press 7 to speak to someone about resolving an issue, they will give no information then **** up.

The caller is with The Franklin Collection Agency. It is a valid company, but they are very rude and they don't want to work with you they just threaten you with courts and garnishments.

This sounds like a phishing scheme. They are attempting rude tactics to collect information, they have your name and phone number collected out of a database, then call claiming you owe some bill. Don't give them information!

some one keeps calling from this number and the only information they leave is call this number and resolve this matter and doesnt say what the matters about or who its about and when i call it back no one answers.

These people have called my number the last 8 to 12 months everyday. They won't give me info on the nature of the call except to say it was given as a contact number for someone else. I told them that my number was not a contact number and as the owner I wanted the calls to stop. I ask if they understood and they would only say "Have a nice day." They would not agree not to call back. I want them stopped!

They have called twice now with a recording they ask you to press a number to speak with someone. The person gets on the line and ask how can they help me I say you called me what do you want and they **** up. This company should be closed down ASAP!

RUDE woman called the day after Christmas - would not give me her company name, only her first name. Would not state why she was calling, kept pushing for info - asked me for the last four digits of my ssn, said not until she identified herself and her company - she ***g up.

Calls once a day for about two weeks, urgent ,almost threatening words , to take care of a -un named- situation, and to call an - unintelligible- number or calls will continue. Calls only my cell number. I am resear****g on finding a legal ****od to make them pay dearly.

Like clockwork, once a year I have been getting a phone call from this "Debt Collection Agency" saying I owe money to them. The debt they are reffering to was a hospital visit for my son that for some reason was never billed through my health insurance (I have Tricare). About 2 years ago, I paid the debt out of pocket because it was not a huge amount and it was more trouble than it was worth to get Tricare to pay it since it happened so long ago. Anyhow, I still get phone calls from this company saying I owe them money for this debt. It's 100% pure garbage. When I was explaining this to their rep about 15 mintues ago, she ***g up on me mid sentence. Nice!!!

These are idiots from Franklin Collections Services. I was one of ***dreds that had bills sent to them due River Region Clinic billing error.  They sent ***dreds of unpaid bills to them when they were supposed to be submitted to Medicaid. The clinic financial services lady said that she was aware of the problem and would take care of it but I just got another call from them just a few minutes ago... I had already told them what happened and they won't leave me alone. I don't have time to investigate, make phone calls, stay on hold and argue with people.  That bill was for my severely disabled son that I take care of by MYSELF.  These people don't give a s**t how they talk to people.  I would hate to have such a embarrasing job. My God, don't they think people would pay their medical bills if they were able too??? Even though I don't owe them anything, It really rips my a**...  I already told the last caller to go ***** himself and Im putting a letter in the mail tomorrow.  It's not my job to straighten out their error. I don't have time and if they have so much as looked at my credit report, I am going to sue their no good a**es.  If hospitals and clinic didn't charge such outgrageous prices, maybe people could pay their bills.  This world is full of money w***es like stingy a** hospitals, doctors, and pharmaceutical companies with absoloutely NO M**** ETHICS.. I hope and pray that the stock market crashes and all those idiots crash with them and see how it feels to be a middle class family.. and by the way.. we give them our tax money and my sister is still being forclosed on? Why the***** didn't they give HER THE MONEY so she could catch up on her note~!! I'm through venting now.If you are getting calls from these people and you actually owe the money, you can always dispute the debt withing 30 days.  They have to provide the ORIGINAL  AGREEMENT, SIGNED BY YOU OR THE DO***ENT with your signature agreeing to pay the bill, they must have the original amount and the date. Most of them can't come up with that, they just buy these junk accounts from other people. 50% of them have already been paid years and years ago but they will go back and try to make you pay for them a***n, and how are you going to prove you paid for so****ing 5 or 6 years ago??? don't pay it... fight it.

This is a collection agency. They called and I called them back and I had gotten a letter from a hospital two days ago and then this number calls saying that they are collecting for the hospital. I asked them why has it been turned over to a collection agency when I got a letter two days ago. The woman explained that most people dont know that they have been turned over to an agency until the agency calls them. I was told that the amount of 100.00 had to be paid immediately or the hospital was going to sue. They told me that it had to be taken care of immediately by check or credit card. I am going to wait and see what happens.

Caller claimed to be Scott. Left an aggressive message and instructions to push 9 to talk to now. Pushed 9 and the call went to someone in my phonebook. She answered an said "what do you want?" Said I didn't call her and all was okay. Think this a scam on an enormous basis.

Called my pre-paid cell twice on a sat night. When I called the number back they picked up immediately and refused to give any information about why they were calling unless I told them who I was.

I don't owe them either. I think they just get numbers and call to fraudently get money. If they find one person out of 10, they are ahead.
